How long can I receive the package?

The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: within 48 hours

Shipping time: 3-7 business days

Note: Affected by COVID-19, there will be some delay on the delivery

Can I get free shipping?

You can enjoy free shipping for orders over $100. Where available, you can opt for Express Shipping for an additional fee.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only support delivery within the US. If you are a buyer from other countries, additional delivery fees may apply.

How can I track my order status?

What is the return policy?

1 We will evaluate the condition of each returned item.

2 If it is determined that the product is available for sale, we will ask the customer to return it to Ansunstorage's warehouse without paying any fees.


3 If it is determined that the product is in an unsaleable state (for example, defective or damaged), we will evaluate the party that caused the damage.

4 If the goods have not arrived at Ansunstorage's warehouse within 15 days after the buyer submits the return request, we will negotiate with the buyer and ask about the location of the goods.

What is your refund policy?

1.Our policy lasts 30 days. According to the specific circumstances, your return request will be accepted if 30 days have gone by since your purchase.

2. In some cases, we will adopt a "non-return refund" policy. In other words, the buyer does not need to send the product back to our warehouse.

3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

5. Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at ansunstorage@outlook.com

What is your exchange policy?

1. Ansunstorage is very happy to exchange products for buyers without paying any fees.

2. You must return the product you requested for replacement.
