Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.

 

How long do I have to return items I have purchased and do I have to pay for return shipping?

  • You have 45 days from the date of your purchase to return items you have purchased. Return packages must be postmarked within 45 days from the date of purchase. Returns made after 45 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted and refunds will not be provided.
  • Return Shipping is free only for the first return per order. You must use the shipping label we provide. (We will send it to your email.)

 

What is the return method?

  • Return By USPS Return Label: Print the USPS return label and securely tape it to the outside of your return package, then drop off at your nearest post office.
  • Return By UPS Return Label:  Print the UPS return label and securely tape it to the outside of your return package, then drop off at your nearest UPS Store.

 

How do I make a return?

1. Login to your ansunus account

2. Click "My Order"

3. Click "Return"

4. Get the return label from email

5. Mail out the package

6. ANSUN receive

7. Get refund

NOTE: Please be sure that the return package is postmarked no later than 45 days from the purchase date

*The shipping label we provide is only for shipping within the U.S.

 

Can I return items if they are worn, damaged?

  • No. You can only return items that are unworn, unused, undamaged.
  • If the damage is caused during shipping, you can claim compensation from the carrier.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. Your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@ansunus.com
