- We currently only support delivery within the US.
- We now offer expedited shipping with premium services UPS.
- Free shipping for order over $100.
- Or Charing $30 for order under $100.
Please understand that it is customer’s responsibility to check the shipping status on the tracking page and to contact the local courier directly in case there are any issues for receiving the items in your country, after the parcel departed from warehouse. ANSUNUS does not take any responsibility for the delivery failure due to miscommunication, and any dispute raised after 14 business days has passed from the last shipping status update is not accepted.

MY PACKAGE WAS RETURNED
- If the package gets sent back to us due to inaccurate information or by customer’s fault, you will receive a refund for your order excluding the shipping fee for both ways.
