MY PACKAGE WAS RETURNED
- If the package gets sent back to us due to inaccurate information or by customer’s fault, you will receive a refund for your order excluding the shipping fee for both ways.

How long do I have to return items I have purchased and do I have to pay for return shipping?
- You have 45 days from the date of your purchase to return items you have purchased. Return packages must be postmarked within 45 days from the date of purchase. Returns made after 45 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted and refunds will not be provided.
- Return Shipping is free only for the first return per order. You must use the shipping label we provide. (We will send it to your email.)
What is the return method?
- Return By USPS Return Label: Print the USPS return label and securely tape it to the outside of your return package, then drop off at your nearest post office.
- Return By UPS Return Label: Print the UPS return label and securely tape it to the outside of your return package, then drop off at your nearest UPS Store.
How do I make a return?

5. Mail out the package

Can I return items if they are worn, damaged?
- No. You can only return items that are unworn, unused, undamaged.
- If the damage is caused during shipping, you can claim compensation from the carrier.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. Your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
